A completely customized online coaching service where we will be working together side-by-side to ensure you meet your strength goals as a powerlifter. Online Powerlifting Coaching provides programming for all phases of training (hypertrophy, strength, competition preparation and strategy building), three times a week checkups, open 24/7 communication through E-mail/messaging apps or video calls, access to private video resource folder, technical lift video analysis and thoughtful feedback from me to ensure lifting quality.

Operating through E-mail, Dropbox, Facebook, Whatsapp and/or Google Drive, online coaching provides you with a week-to-week personalized program without all the fluff. This service will include an initial video call where we will further discuss your experience, training history, current / past injuries and future injury prevention strategies.
