This COVID-19 outbreak is definitely a weird time for the world. Every part of the world is dealing with this crisis and a I hope the majority of us are practising social isolation (Props to those people who are actually doing it). Non-essential stores have been notified to temporary halt operations and close down to mitigate the spread of the virus here in British Columbia. The gym is under this category. While I am sure some of you are itching to get back, I encourage you to find different ways to stay active. Now this is where my program can help.
Anything can be used within this program ranging from body weight, free weights, resistance bands or regular household items.
