Effective Date: The first day of Week One of the Online Strength and Conditioning coaching service (Gold and Silver tier).

Performance Purpose is committed to providing high-quality online strength and conditioning coaching. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for new clients only who meet the conditions outlined below. This guarantee does not apply to returning clients.

Eligibility for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the client must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. New Clients Only

    • This cash back guarantee is available exclusively to first-time clients of Performance Purpose.

    • Returning clients, including those who have previously enrolled in either the Gold or Silver tier coaching programs, are not eligible.

  2. Honest Communication & Active Effort

    • The client must engage in open, clear, and honest communication with the coach throughout the 30-day period.

    • The client must actively express any concerns and work collaboratively with the coach to address any issues.

    • The client must follow all reasonable guidance and recommendations provided by the coach.

  3. Full Adherence to Training & Habit Formation

    • The client must complete all training sessions as prescribed by the coach.

    • The client must follow all habit-forming and behavioral recommendations provided by the coach.

    • The client must provide proof of adherence, such as workout logs, progress tracking, or other required documentation.

  4. No Measurable Subjective or Objective Change

    • The client must demonstrate that, despite full compliance, they have experienced absolutely no subjective or objective improvement in performance, fitness, strength, endurance, or any other relevant metric.

    • Subjective improvements include, but are not limited to, increased energy, improved confidence, or enhanced movement quality.

    • Objective improvements include, but are not limited to, strength gains, endurance increases, body composition changes, or improved training capacity.

    • The determination of "no change" will be assessed based on progress tracking data, coach assessments, and client feedback.

Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days after completing the 30-day period.

  • The request must include proof of adherence (e.g., workout logs, habit-tracking data, communication records with the coach).

  • Performance Purpose reserves the right to review and assess the validity of each request before issuing a refund.

Exclusions

The 30-day money back guarantee is not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The client is a returning client.

  • The client has failed to communicate openly or actively attempt to resolve concerns.

  • The client has missed training sessions or not followed prescribed habit-forming guidance.

  • The client has shown any measurable improvement, whether subjective or objective.

  • The client fails to submit a request within the required time frame.

Final Decision

Performance Purpose reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests. If the request does not meet the conditions outlined above, the refund will be denied.
